Looks great. I like the organization system too. Mine fluctuates by the end of the summer its all fish and almost no deer hog. and by the end of winter it reverses itself.
Fortunately for me we do the majority of our processing as a family at my parents house, so most of it stays in their freezer and we take what we need when we visit.
