Big shout out to COOKER for the Brotherton's referral! Just got back from Austin and had Brown's for lunch on Friday and Brotherton's for today. Both are EXCELLENT BBQ. Actually preferred the brisket at Browns just because they did a better job of trimming the fat cap. Both places had excellent bark and not over powering smoke and very tender. The sausage at Browns was very good but the jalapeno cheddar at Brotherton's was a notch above. Sides at both location's were very good but once again Brotherton"s for the win! Thanks again Cooker
