Looks great. What diet are you on? That looks low carb and I'm sure tastes as good as it looks. I need a good diet. One I can stick with.

It’s the Roger Raglin diet.
Look it up.
Combination of low carb and intermittent fasting.
I sure needed to lose some weight.
I was way heavy.
I have lost over 85 lbs on this plan.

I will look at it, thanks. You always show tasty meals and I can't seem to stay with anything. They all get boring. Maybe I can stick with that. I need to lose 40.

I have lost over 85 lbs on this plan. I do similar high protein and I have a gluten allergy so I don’t a ton of carbs anyway. I fast 1 day a week and have lost 30 pounds sitting at 180ish. I’m happy with it. How is the biking career going?

Don’t guess I know what the biking career is. Sorry about that, wrong person. I did a poster several years back for a road bike competition with a very similar name as yours. Good looking food regardless. And fasting works!
