In case you think it could never happen . . . Bill introduced to make it illegal to duck hunt in Arizona. https://www.azleg.gov/legtext/54leg/2R/bills/HB2131P.pdfThe bill's sponsor is Rep. Bob Thorpe of Flagstaff for Dist. 6. I think this bill and a second bill (making it illegal to use trail cameras) were both withdrawn late last month but I cannot find confirmation.

Does not appear to straight make duck hunting illegal. But it is no different than the attempts to tax ammo so much that it is too expensive to buy. Indirect way of limiting the use of guns. indirect way to limiting duck hunting. F*ck them all.

Would also have affected dove hunting on desert stock tanks, and apparently also within 100 yards of irrigation canals...

This impacts all species and not just waterfowl. This is where definitions also come into play. What is the legal definition of "MAN-MADE WATERING FACILITY"? What is the legal definition of "wildlife"? If it includes fish, then no more fishing.

I wonder if this has to do with people jump shooting on public during dear/ elk season. Next it would be the quail or rabbit hunters.
No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

They have ducks in Arizona? Arizona has fine waterfowl hunting. This fella right here would move to Arizona quickly. Probably the best quail hunting in the United States, as good or better waterfowl hunting, better dove hunting, elk, mule deer, cous deer.

Even though he calls himself a Republican he is a California transplant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from California State University, Northridge. The way to take over a legislative branch of government it to run Democrats on both tickets, kind of like Romney.
