When you go to a bbq joint, what's your favorite cut of meat. I judge how good a place is by their Turkey. I love good tender Turkey. And then I get some ribs to solidify if it's a good bbq joint.
I'm willing to bet most answers will be brisket, but personally, idc for brisket. Not as flavorful or tasteful as Turkey.

My second choice. Both from 407.

I usually hit the brisket, but like ribs too! Need some good Mac n cheese and green beans as well.

I like brisket a lot, but it’s not my favorite and there is a lot of variance in brisket. I love pulled pork. That’s my number one. Then jalapeño cheddar sausage and ribs are a close 2-3. I pretty much always get a 2-3 meat plate so I can try multiple things. If I know the quality of the brisket, like at 407, I’ll get that, pork and sausage.
I just turned it on . I was looking bird dogs in the butt this morning.

Country style ribs are pretty good. Chicken is fine. Brisket is last for me.

When done right there aint much BBQ I wont eat.
My favorite is a fatty sliced beef brisket samich with a tad of good BBQ sauce. Im a sucker for a good smoked ham as well. Went to a place in Sweetwater last year and they didn't even have ham on the menu. WTF!!!

Meat if it’s good enough I don’t need sauce then it’s good. If it needs sauce it’s not good.

Ribs first, turkey last (actually never).

Brisket if it is done right...fatty and juicy is fine. Give me some dry brisket and I won't be back. Same with ribs. No roll out of a bag or potato salad out of a bucket....please

It's a tie for me between moist brisket and ribs. Then comes pulled pork and sausage. Side need to be fixed onsite. None of that out of a bucket stuff for me either.

Brisket for me always, from the flat (lean). I judge any Texas BBQ joint by their brisket. If it's no weno I probably won't be back. Pork ribs would be #2.
