I seldom eat anything, just some coffee and I'm good to go. Do you have to have breakfast?

I love a big breakfast when time allows.
Bacon, eggs over easy, sausage, hash browns and toast or biscuits.
Damn, now I’m hungry.

I've always been a big breakfast person, but started a new diet last Monday. For breakfast now when I wake up I have a fresh squeezed lemon/apple cider vinegar w/mother/water drink, followed by a glass of fresh squeezed OJ. When I get to work I take a shot of protein and a few cups of coffee, followed by lots of water. When I get hungry mid morning I grab me a hand full of nuts. Keto meal for lunch.

Been just doing coffee recently most days and a deer stick but eggs bacon one or two days now. Lost quite a bit of weight actually. If I ain't hungry I don't need to eat just because I can.

Usually a breakfast sandwich. Can’t take morning vitamins and meds on an empty stomach.

Started eating oatmeal everyday for last month because supposed to be good for you. Made with almond milk and a few raisins. I think I gained 10 lbs. Going back to coffee with a little cream.

That orange juice is giving you a dose of fructose that isn't helping you lose weight.

During the work week, coffee and good to go for me. I do eat breakfast on weekends when I have time to cook it or the wife and I can go out for breakfast/brunch.

Weekdays a quick bite. Like a couple boiled eggs from the fridge. Weekends get that frying pan out.

I eat oatmeal and some fruit every morning except for Thursdays at work when we bring in tacos or something else. This morning we did sausage gravy, ham and biscuits and eggs to order on the griddle. Long morning ahead.

Oatmeal, fruit, protein drink, juice, and coffee. I marked a full breakfast because of the amount I eat.

I hardly ever eat breakfast on weekdays. Normally drink coffee black and I’m good until lunch. On the weekends I like to cook a big breakfast

There needed to be a choice between something quick and a full blown sit-down breakfast. At the minimum it is toaster strudel or some other type of pastry with a glass of OJ, other times it is the full blown meal. And coffee is a must no matter what I eat.

I love a big Breakfast...but usually, it is black tar coffee and go. On the weekends the full blown breakfast bar is common. Eggs, Bacon, sausage, flapjacks, biscuits and gravy, etc.
