Is anyone into working out with Kettlebells? I have been toying around with it for a year now. I tried the simple sinister workout but it is super boring. Effective though. I workout from home and I have found they are the easiest to work with given my space issues.

I do. Download the "kettlebell app" It's pretty cool you can use the workouts it has or program your own. If you are getting bored with it try putting some different exercises together to create flows. There are a couple guys that do body weight/kettlebell flow workouts. CHeck out kettle-jitsu on facebook to see some of that. By far Kettle bell has helped me a lot. Do you jump rome? You could incorporate rome jumping intervals with kettle bell swings ect to change it up too.

I've done this 20 minute work out a few times in the last week our so and it gets a good sweat going with enough weight. Not bad scenery either, I just mute the sound and play pandora in the background..

I occasionally do, poorly if I'm being honest. Thanks for the link Kdub, this might be what I need to get it going.

Here's a 20 min work out I put together this week (modify the weight for your needs)

1 minute 1 arm alternating swing 50lb
1 minute 1 arm row 50 lb
1 minute alternating fwd/backward lunges 50lb
1 minute kettlebell snatch 50lb
1 minute 80 lb complex (swing *3, squat press *3, 1 arm deadlift *4)

Repeat *4 times.. had me on my arse
