Just got back from 10 days above the arctic circle in Lapland - Finland. Great cultural trip with lots of cold activities. Great pictures of a wild adventure. By the way, how cold was it day and nighttime? Daytime temps varied from -5F to 5F and night temps were from 0F to -35F. The night i took the photos of the lights was about -20F and involved waiting/watching out on a frozen lake for about 3 hours. Chewed through camera batteries in a hurry. None of those temps include wind chill - no idea what that was but not terribly windy - just a moderate breeze at times.
