they should take these people out behind the shed...... Nothing in the article states that the birds were tested for that new strain of corona virus or other bad bugs. The first thing I thought of when I read it. I hope the authorities did (are).

There are all kinds of laws about importing animals, raw food stuff, wood that has not been processed, etc. One article I read said it was dead birds for cat food. Is this a case of planned sabotage or cat food? I don't know, but I'm glad the Customs agents decided to side on the safe side rather than pass it off.
