That's all I was getting from the Tostitos brand chips. Then I discovered the HEB brand. Find a broken chip in theirs package.

Surprise, surprise, I always thought they were not healthy. I'm not making this up. Maybe I should posted this on the health and fitness forum? What would you guess about a serving? Its 10 for me. Take a peek

Carbs equal sugar. I'm trying to stay away. They must have a special binding agent and of course they charge their bags with nitrogen.

Don't understand the complaints. I eat them twice a week only 150 calories. I still weigh 170 pounds.

Probably something in your DNA sir. Its not calories its glycemic index, insulin resistance and simple carbs(sugar). That bag a chips in all reality is just sugar in a different form.

I've got to, my metabolism has slowed down as I approach the half century mark. Glad to hear others are on it as well!

Its been years but I took a course In physiology at Columbia university. The professor explained A General Metabolic Pool. He said that fats, carbohydrates, and proteins were in continued change once they entered the blood stream.

U weigh 170, cauz u old.
Most Old people typically eat much smaller portions as their appetite decreased throughout the years.
I saw your tenderloin taco’s, my 13 lbs yorkie eats more than that.
Weight is just a small factor on ur health. Its all in the blood. Nr’s dont lie.
