Please let me know of any opportunities for 2020. I am 35 years old, married with a newborn son, very respectful, and will treat your place well. Hoping to find the right place and be invited back for many years to come. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

- Between 50 and 200 acres, ideally mostly wooded with a creek
- Big bucks NOT a priority. Just want to see deer consistently.
- Would like to bring my father occasionally when he visits from out of state
- Budget is flexible

Bonus points if the land has good duck hunting opportunities, but by no means a requirement.
