I lucked into a great deal on a Remmy 788 in 7mm 08. It came with a 4x scope that reads Limer by Mirador. It's made in Japan. It appears to be pretty good glass, but haven't really checked it under low light conditions. I did some research and found mostly spotting scope info. The one scope I found said "Mirador was top of the line in 1940's and 50's. Their products were made very expensively and possessed unusual mechanical precision and fine machining throughout."

Rather than sell I'll probably put it on my semi-auto 22. Anyone have one of these scopes or experience/knowledge of them? Thanks.

Starting to look like other folks are like me....never really heard of them and have no experience with them.
