Not in Family Court, the man is the bad guy

I watched a family member get raped by the family and divorce court, It took him 10 years to get his kids back and about $300K

No doubt that was true in the past but its turning where the man is winning a lot more often...............but a dang good female attorney helps that equation.

Called the AG office and they stated that CS was never received for February 2019, which is absolutely false. I have to take my paystubs into an office in person.
We'll see.

That's great. When they determine it's "their" error how do you get your tax refund back? I'm sure that will be like pulling teeth.

That sucks that they won't let you scan the stubs to them.

I had a similar issue with the OAG about 5 years ago. It did end up getting resolved, but that was only after two trips to the local OAG office. Good Luck!

Somewhat akin to a priest, I have never had to pay child support. Believe me when I tell you, this did not same me any money.

This is exactly what will happen. They will not issue you a refund.

Similar experience here....I paid her before the payroll deduction was set up. They came back saying that I owed her that money because they didn't have a record of the payments. She denied receiving them so I had to pay twice. I got custody less than two years later. She is still a childish petty bitch. Haven't spoken a word to her in seven years....

Nope I paid mine by check to my ex and kept all the records. I only had to pay about one year. I think for the IRS to withhold from your refund then your ex must have filed for back support. Child Support is not the proper terminology. I should be called spousal support.
