Look it up. I found this.

"Bone, when used as a verb, means to remove the bones from meat or fish, usually before cooking. Related words are bones, boned, boning. The word bone comes from the Old English word ban which means tusk or bone. Debone means to remove the bones from meat or fish, usually before cooking."

Heck our processor in Cisco ( Rust Processor) or Rays in Breckinridge both average 2 weeks Max . The Cisco processor likes to age the deer @ least a week hanging in the cooler. Cisco shut down Jan 31 st . Any deer after that was sold to first come then the rest was donated to charity. Sounds like you really need a new processor

When I deer hunted I would quarter the deer pull the back straps put it in a cooler covered with ice for about 5 days then process it myself. Bleaching out the blood will make the meat tastier. It was said before, you probably don't get your deer back but someone else's.

There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

Does a processor have a way to sell wild game legally?
