Tried to keep up with the number of days I spent in the field this year. Not certain why I started counting but I did. 44 days in total either deer hunting or duck hunting. Didn't seem like a lot during season but reflecting back and putting a total on it, it does. Fairly certain that is why my wife celebrates the end of the season every year. Sad that its over for the most part, although I ordered two new trail cameras today and will be getting them put out asap.

I did not count up the days WT hunting but is has to be somewhere around 100 or more from Jan till end of Dec 2019 with archery and rifle. I spent 23 days hunting mule deer in 2019. 3 days on a Pronghorn hunt. Hunted hogs and predators about 12 days more. Living on my own place and being able to hunt as much as I want is a blessing.

Not many this year. I bet I hunted deer about 10 days total. Did manage to tag out completely though.
I hunted 7 days in August in Africa and then 3 or 4 hunting birds and 2 days Duck hunting. Finished up my last hunt of the season today in a upland hunt
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Let’s get trigger happy next year! We need to up your mule deer numbers to atleast 35 days!!! I know you can draw a Tag in N.M., AZ we can get an OTC archery tag, Nv is really High % in guide pool. That’s four states so there’s 40 days.

Amazingly, just 6 for hogs, deer and goose. Seems like a lot of prep work for just 6 days but the prep work is a lot of fun too, just being in the woods.

More than the average person I bet. I usually hunt four days a week during the deer season. With a whole week at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I hunt pretty much year around too. I work 10hr days so I have every Fri, Sat, Sun off and spend most of my free time at the ranch. When I'm not hunting I am thinking about hunting

Probably deer hunted 80+ times. That is counting couple hour hunts before work and 1.5 hour hunts behind house in the evening.

Only 11 days total deer hunting and 3 days duck hunting for me. 3 of the deer hunting days were on a trip where I was helping other people get deer and gutting them. I still managed to put two in the freezer.

I looked at the calendar and counted. I may be a day or two off, but came up with 29 days for deer season. Didn't hunt dove, don't hunt ducks. I didn't count spring and summer pig hunting. I really thought I had hunted more than that. Guess I'll have to up my game next year!

If we're counting everything for the year I would have to add about 30 more days to my total for pig hunting.

Less than 7 total for deer and dove. Three kids at home make it difficult to get away

Twas a Blessing when a WMA opened up just down the road... My Free time twas down at OSBWMA or other public land...

Opening weekend for dove and deer with a couple of weekends after that. Wife taking full time care of her mom has slowed us down this year.

I have had some years where every Friday-Sunday I hunted and other days between. Last year was only about 50 days, and better than half of that was pig hunting.

Keep up with your days!
I just completed my TPWD annual survey from the mail. They want to know all that Jazz. It’s actually pretty in depth. Asked what counties, total days, method of hunting, harvest success, etc.
I don’t mind spending ten mins on it if it helps them do what they need to do.
