#7 hotel in Houston by Trip Advisor. Sounds sketchy...
I stayed at a dump downtown for more than that. Book it. Get the TA app!!

Yeah, you're in a pretty nice area, I grew up about 10 minutes from there. The restaurants are good in there and some are pricey.
