Had to get off all the simple carbs. Feels good not to be so dependent on sugars and simple carbs. Made this keto "burrito" more like giant soft taco for lunch.

Looks good, my wife and I have been eating keto friendly lately. I've made some buffalo chicken taquitos where the "tortillas" were made out of baked cheese. Turned out really good and pretty much carb free.

My wife makes some enchiladas with the HEB low carb tortillas. I don't know whats all in them, but man they're god. It's cream cheese, chicken, green enchilada sauce, some stock and all cooked down and rolled up. Always a big hit.
