most that I have been on required were 1/2 in either June or July and the rest day before opening weekend. The last several have been 100% in either June or July ... all have been year around leases.

Year round maybe?? I fill feeders, work on cabin, and shoot an occasional hog if I see one.
Price due date?? Not sure seems flexible and asked for two different times throughout the year. I can assure you my wife knows exactly when every deer lease payment has ever been made

Deer, Turkey, Dove, Hogs, varmints only. Specifies in lease, no quail hunting. Been there 13 years, heard bobwhite call one time.
Full payment due by July 1.

Year round. 1/2 plus protein money 2/1. Other 1/2 by 7/1.
