I hope the Federal govt decides to exercise their power and jails them all...............ALL OF THEM. And I hope they make tobacco schedule 1 also.
Seeing the part about tobacco reminded me of an advertisement I saw this morning. The SUE EVER THING group is going after VAPING now. I guess the asbestos and medicine that saved your life was playing out on customers.

So there are devastating consequences to their actions, so instead of changing their actions, we change the law. IDIOTS.
we are all being played for idiots. "they" have to foment division where there is none. The system is rigged but it is rigged against all of us. This is how the media works. Election coming up , or any other event that would unite the people and inform them, and the talking points go out to all these clowns to push the racist divide. With the huge kobe event at the grammies , guess what all the grammy and kobe followers were hit with? Yes racism against black folks, and this is by a black billionaire. haha. Within 2-3 days a lady in the news has been accused and saying the n word on msnbc, a public apology forced. Stephen king comes out and says how the system is rigged against blacks at the oscars. Hillary comes out and says how the system is rigged against women. This is all within the last 2-3 days. We are being hit from all angles to divide and not unite for the upcoming election. "They got their talking points". Dont look over there, look over here. There is video of the pdiddy lunch before the grammies, black billionaires club. Every one there is a rock star , at a hip hop event, flashing the devil horns and 666. The guy goes to the grammies and cries about the system being rigged for blacks. They have nothing, so they foment division.

Remember the Houston Mayor that wanted all sermons cleared by her first. If that's not Fascist, I don't know what is.

The city council can adopt as many resolutions as they want. They don't dictate which laws the PD enforces. Never have and never will. They are not stopping enforcement by PD. They are decriminalizing the offense. They don't have the authority to do so.

The city council can adopt as many resolutions as they want. They don't dictate which laws the PD enforces. Never have and never will. They are not stopping enforcement by PD. They are decriminalizing the offense. They can't do that. There is no mechanism in the law that would allow a city council to decriminalize something the state says is illegal. According to the article, limiting enforcement is exactly what they're trying to do, not decriminalize it. "With an unanimous vote, the Austin City Council approved a resolution that limits enforcement of low-level marijuana possession."

I looked it up through other sources. The resolution states that council isn't providing funding anymore for THC confirmatory tests so they think that "decriminalizes" it. APD will just use other funds from their multimillion dollar budget and test whatever they want.

Who outside of Austin really cares? First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Last one out please turn off the lights.
Was up there last week. Lovely tents still under every overpass. The chickens are coming home to roost. So was I two weeks ago. We went through there going to Pedernales State park. The city is rotting from the core outward.
Press for an AMERICAN.
