the C.O.P. said just because the city council approved it, doesn't mean that his department will comply and will continue to enforce the state laws ... but this city council is way off their rocker on most issues and very liberal

But not as radical as they have been in the last 10 years or so.

The city council can adopt as many resolutions as they want. They don't dictate which laws the PD enforces. Never have and never will.

They are not stopping enforcement by PD. They are decriminalizing the offense.

I hope the Federal govt decides to exercise their power and jails them all...............ALL OF THEM. And I hope they make tobacco schedule 1 also.

It will eventually be legal in all 50 states, and the Feds will eventually make it legal. I have quit trying to fight it.
