Took my son on a pig hunt this weekend. Shot a 150 boar on Saturday night & drug it away from the feeder planning to come back Sunday morning & take pics with my son in the daylight. When I came back on Sunday morning, I was surprised to see the entire animal covered in grass. After examination I found where something had started to eat on the rear end of the pig near his testicles. Question, I've seen a bobcat cover his meal like this but would a bobcat cover this much? My guess is that a mountain lion would have eaten more of the pig. Curious to hear your thoughts.

Looks like smaller bites, so a bobcat is my guess. Put up a game camera on the corpse and see

Could have been a mountain lion, but I would guess most likely a bobcat. It would be very interesting to put a camera on it!

Cats usually cover their kill. Bobcats and Mt. Lions.

Cats probably. Other pigs don't leave much behind.
