I don't make myself much of a nuisance during the off season. Landowners don't hunt but they do utilize the property and they work around my schedule during season so I am courteous during the off season I make a payment in April and a payment in September For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Have a hunters meeting around 1st of may and pass out new leases. If only all would get payment on time it would be great but seldom happens. Year round leases.

One for 2 years, was only a deer lease but had year round access to fill feeders maintain blinds etc. Money paid before first day of season. Second was on for 20 years, had year round access same as before but this one had hogs and exotics we were occasionally allowed to hunt exotics and always welcome to hunt hogs. Paid 1/2 on july first and the rest before opening day. Second one was an awesome place, great property better people, I couldn't have asked for more. They have been great friends. It's hell eatin em live
