The reviews indicate they are a good deterrent for raccoons, giving a strong non lethal shock when they touch or contact the varmint rails. Has anyone used these and how did they work?

Felt about 3-5 times stronger than putting a 9V battery to your tongue but on your hand...For $12.99+++ I'm onboard
