One of my favorite.

Looks great, but I've tried lamb a number of times over the years and it just doesn't suite my palette very well. I know some people love it but to me, it has a tang taste like sheep smell for some reason. Only way I have ever had it that I cared much for it was tossed on a pit beside a brisket and smoked low and slow which covered up that tang I get.

I was real fortunate with these, they had a real mild flavor nothing like I’ve had in the past. I just lucked out with these, from this experience it’s not gonna make me want to run out and buy more.

I've done several boneless leg of lamb cooked in the oven like prime rib. Always with guest. Everyone loved it.

There is a difference in lamb and mutton. Look it up.

How long and what temp did you set the sous vide at? I haven’t used mine in a while, and this looks like it could be fun.

Tried it one time and it stunk so bad I tossed it.

The wife and I have always had good luck with the lamb chops from Costco. They a have great almost sweet flavor.
