I'd like to get an axis buck that I shot last summer scored on the SCI method. I've reached out to a few people listed on the SCI database and didn't get a sense that they were interested in helping me (one claimed to be too busy, three never responded to VM/email and one said they didn't score Axis....eh?). Does anyone have any suggestions? I've never scored any deer I've shot or had them scored by anyone, it's not something that's terribly important to me but I *am* curious about this Axis, it's wide and has a lot of mass.

Any suggestions or recommendations? Any SCI certified scorers on the forum? I live in the Austin metro area but do travel to other cities in Texas from time to time. I am happy to pay a reasonable fee for people's time, too, not looking for a freebie.

Thanks in advance!

Ask local taxidermy shops.
