Not a trophy in looks, but a trophy in the sense that it was my first solo hunt mallard. He was tore up or I'd of had him mounted.
The other pic is a grab from my shotkam of them coming in.

Here's the birds from yesterday morning's hunt! I actually shot 4 BWT Drakes that were all just as nice but the 4th one dove down in the cattails right when I tried to grab him. I never saw him again. Very FRUSTRATING. I went back to that spot 4 different times and never saw another trace of him! The shoveler was nicer than he looks. He got a lot of blood all over his breast and head and it got all matted up... [Linked Image]

Nice pics. Those widgeons were incredible, so are your ducks. Last year we had a lot of nice BWT drakes come in...this year nada.
