Cooked a big pot of pinto beans overnight. Ham hocks and Chili-O seasoning mix makes it perfect. Will make cornbread later. Have half of a brisket to smoke sometime this weekend. Wife wants my spaghetti so I'll cook that tonight. Also venison tacos probably Monday. Still somewhat under the weather so I'm sticking out the long weekend at the house. Giving my wife a break from cooking. And no I don't do pics!

What's your plans?

That's what I call high on the hog.

Nachos topped with leftover steak tonight.

Had leftover spaghetti for lunch and will have chicken wings and fries for the game in a little while. Brisket's been in the MES since 9:30.

Made venison sausage balls for lunch and pronghorn carne guisada for dinner, both were awesome.
