I saw a documentary a while back and I had forgotten some of her great music I listened to back in 1976/77 when I got my first car and all I did was got to school, work and ride around listening to music till all hours. She has a beautiful voice that we will never hear again excepy by recordings she has done in the past. Brings back good memories of my youth.

One of the best. After she sang "Blue Bayou", no one else came close to where she took that song.

She had an amazing voice in the seventies. It was powerful and mesmerizing.
Sorry to hear she's having health issues these days but then, all of us who so enjoyed those times, are.
