There isn't any. You can't open that portion with a hitch in the receiver.

Yup. A buddy of mine found that out the day after he bought his truck. Scratched that nice pretty new tailgate up on his hitch.

this was my solution. a hitch with a 6" drop.

That tailgate should make it easier to push the truck out of the way when it breaks down.
