It's aTravis Payne's knife. He makes knives under T-Bone Custom Creations. He's a member like many of us in Texas Knife Makers Guild and a Facebook Friend. He makes a lot of castration knives, that is what that one is. Here's the link to his Facebook page.

I made one for myself, I use it to cut leather for my sheaths, works good since it's ground like a straight razor.
