Assuming these will be free choice? Not sure if it's in your plans, but a timed 1K could be a great option.

I would always buy the larger capacity knowing I could or will eventually need it. I don't have to fill it just because I could. I voted for 2000# only, but would buy the 800# or 1200# if the 2000# was not available.

We have 4 500's and a 3000. Like ranchman said you can put as much or as little in the big one as you want. That said for our needs the 3k is overkill.
