It’s pretty hard to mess up an avacado. That looks good.

Recipe please. I don’t have any venison, but I can substitute some ground beef.

Preheat oven to 400. Saute fresh garlic in olive oil, then add about 1/3 chopped yellow onion and a chopped red bell pepper, and then add one pound ground venison. After five minutes or so, add 1/2 cup of roasted salsa, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. When all the pink is out of the meat, remove from heat and stir in 2 chopped green onions.

Halve 3 avocados and remove pits, then scoop out the flesh leaving about a quarter inch of flesh on the skin and set the scooped meat aside to make guacamole. Place the halved avocados in a baking dish, fill with the meat mixture (pressing in to fully fill) and top with chopped green onion. Bake for 12 minutes.

While baking mash the scooped avocado flesh with lime juice, roasted salsa or pico, garlic powder, and some chopped green onion.

Remove from oven, top with guac, cilantro leaves, and sriracha sauce.

Made something similar a while back.

Half avocado remove seed and peel it. Stuff the hole from the pit with cheese then put the 2 halves back together wrap it in a thin layer of hamburger, we used vison/pork mix and then wrap in bacon and grill.

So instead of an armadillo egg would you call that an ostrich egg?
