The ammo testing continues. Chad at Custom Reloads of Dallas loaded these up for me and I have been dying to give them a try. With only two hogs, the results are premature, but it would appear that the marketing matches the actual capability in this case. These rounds would appear to hit, open quick, come apart, and not exit.

I had loaded up some 110 grain Nosler Varmas for 308 win , same concept - high velocity and hoping the bullet would remain intact for longer transition through animal (much like the 90 gr TNT loading from federal) BUT my results are inline with your experience , granted this is early into your testing but it just smacks of familiarity...

Looking forward to you hitting a major bone in a hog and seeing what happens and coyotes .

On another note: isn’t it nice to see a hog on the final check on an already successful evening !

Although the bullet performance may not have been optimal, the results were pretty dang good.

Well seems like a bullet to use around cattle. Odd how a bullet that fly's apart will kill well until it doesn't.

Nice. I have had my eye on this bullet for a bit. Thinking it might be a nice option for coyotes out of my 12.5" SBR.

Good video!! I figured the 95 grain Varmagedon bullet may be a little soft for the bigger pigs. Penetration performance is about what I'd figured. It's a softer varmint bullet. But it's working!!
