Did a little smoking today on my pellet smoker. Smoked until 155 inside and let rest for about 30 mins in foil. Grilled up some corn and zucchini to go with it.

What we called living high on the hog when I was growing up. Pork loin is about the cheapest meat you can buy these days. Cheaper than ground beef.
