OP zbot11 Bird Dog Z Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 280 TX	Legal or no? I ran across one this week on a public lake. Doesn't bamboo propagate from cuttings? I can't imagine bringing cut bamboo and sticking it in the mud is a good idea. But I'm most interested in whether I could hunt this, or if a warden would deem it some kind of illegal blind material, even if I didn't bring it.

About the only way to get rid k of it is to cut it down and cover it with black plastic for a very long time. Mine grew under my Panel fence from the neighbors. The stuff will take over.

I suspect it does not take root in winter, and probably does not grow where it floods. If it did grow on public it would probably never survive the duck hunters cutting it all the time, lol.
