One Day a police officer sees an old lady walking down the street dragging 2 bags, the larger bag is overflowing with money some is even spilling out in the street. He asks her where she got all that money. She says she lives on a golf course fairway and has a fence in her yard with a knot hole in it. When she was out in the garden she noticed that golfers kept peeing through the hole, So to make extra money she would threaten to cut off their Johnson with garden sheers if they didn't give her twenty dollars, and that where she got all that money. He then asked what was in the other bag, she said... sometimes they don't pay...
