Last I checked , years ago, not to may places that cater to a short barrel gun. Any places recommended to shoot some shells? 18.5 barrel

Are you wanting to shoot clays or more combat style? I actually would like to do both. My shotgun has a 20" barrel on it now so for now its "combat" style. Ill probably buy another barrel to switch in for shooting clays. I forgot to list that I am in the Seagoville area.

There may be some dedicated action shotgun matches around too.

Elm Fork Shotgun Rules
(Gun must have full stock and minimum 21″ barrel)
•Do NOT load gun until in the cage, in designated shooting position and ready to fire.
•EYE and EAR protection is MANDATORY, whether you are shooting or not.
•Never load more than two (2) shells in a gun.
•No shot size larger than 7 1/2s (7 1/2s, 8s, and 9s ONLY).
•Any reckless or unsafe driving of golf carts is prohibited. (No Refunds)
•Must be at least 16 with a valid driver’s license to drive golf carts.
•Damage to Elm Fork equipment is the responsibility of the customer.
•Elm Fork is not responsible for loss and/or damage to personal property.
•No riot guns allowed. (Gun must have full stock and minimum 21″ barrel)
•Do not attempt to fix or load any machines or equipment.
•Alcohol is prohibited on Elm Fork/City of Dallas property per DALLAS CITY ORDINANCE.

Elm Fork has a minimum barrel length, I saw a guy get turned away because his shotgun didn't meet the requirement. Worth a call before you drive over there.
