Low sodium diet so I cook almost all the bread that I eat. The corn bread squares work well for the little lady to take with lunch. She gets ask where did she buy the square corn bread, it has poblano, jalapeno peppers and onion. Beer bread has enough molasses to taste.

Do you put hot oil in the cups or simply mix oil in your batter?

Both even though these were cooked in non stick bread pans. Cornbread pan flipped with racks held on the bread and beer bread just pick them up out of the pan and set on the racks.
