I believe the old euros were Meopta
Chinese who knows
They had a vOrTEx model once as well

BIL is correct. All depends on which scope. The ones made by Meopta the Euro instinct line are some very good scopes, the rest not so much

I’ve got one of em made in Japan. Very decent glass and holds zero. Alaskan Guide series I think it is. Who knows who made it

If memory serves me correctly that one was modeled after the Bushnell Elite 3200

I think you are correct the Alaskan guide series are pretty good scopes as are the Bushy 3200s so much. TheEuro from Meopta are very good
