Sort of crazy night, but it all turned out quite well. I had 2 landowners complaining of hog problems and both properties produced good hunts.

Well it seems Speer is the Grendel bullet maker of note! Have you decided which you like better, the Gold dot's or the TNT's. I see them as different bullets for different purposes. I like them both, but the TNT is more destructive overall inside 200 yards and pollutes the meat with a lot of metal. The Gold Dot does very well, seems to open consistently based on recovered bullets and wound channels examined for those not recovered, and generally stays together very well and not pollute the meat. As a meat hunter, I would be very happy with the performance of the Gold Dot and I am very pleased with the performance of the Custom Reloads of Dallas ammo. These are shooting right at an inch group at 100 yards from my rifle and cycling well.

That turned out to be a good night.
I have bought 200 of the 120 Gold Dots to try in my new barrel. I am ready to get some loaded up and see how they do.
