The Chaparral WMA has a campground where you can put up a tent or take a travel trailer and set it up. The campground has restrooms and showers. Or you can drive to Cotulla and stay at a hotel. Its about a 20-25 minute drive from Cotulla to the Chap.
They will put you in a compartment to hunt. Bring plenty of corn and put it all up and down all your senderos in your compartment. Now you can just walk your senderos and stalk/sneak up on those javis!

I got a few buddies who used to work there I’ll talk to them tomorrow and see what they say Talked to him today and said it’s hit or miss with javis. Best bet is sitting over corn or water and hoping they come in. Best of luck!
