Divine Intervention?

He needs to hush up, get an attorney and stop doing news interviews. He will have to go before a grand jury, there's no stopping that procedure. Our country has become too stupid to do news interviews after using deadly force on someone, regardless of how justified his actions seem to reasonable and intelligent people like are on here.

Not that unbelievable of a shot...When I went thru law enforcement simulation training I kept getting chastised for shooting head first instead of center mass....I was focusing on eyes rather than hands....

The eyes always tipped the hands....

Thank God he was there, armed, trained, and had the fortitude to take action when it was demanded....

Defendants don’t typically go before a Grand Jury as the process is only to True Bill or No Bill the case presented by the DA for indictment or charges.

In this circumstance, I seriously doubt a grand jury would True Bill this case. Way to much evidence that his use of deadly force was justified.

I seriously doubt a grand jury would have any issue with his actions either and no the DA's Office hasn't said a word about the case. When a person causes the death of another person in Texas, the matter is presented to a grand jury per the Code Of Criminal Procedure. Regardless of how justified the circumstances seem, there's still some jeopardy involved. My statement was just that it's reckless to be conducting media interviews until he gets no-billed. That's why in officer involved shootings the involved officer isn't conducting media interviews about their actions. All those cases also get presented to the grand jury too if the person dies.

Since I moved to the wrong side of the metromess, if it's not on the news, I don't hear about it. Good stuff!
