Cutting Edge is in Decatur, not too far from you. I often go to Dry Creek in Poolville. I don't know one closer to Fort Worth.

I used to go to Old Plantation. Not bad, but I prefer Dry Creek (owned by a friend) or Cutting Edge. Cutting Edge is really convenient for me. I haven't tried their sausage, as I make my own.
