Was hoping to be in the blind right now through Tuesday but kiddo is sick. Plan B head out next weekend and hope to close the season with a buck. Happy hunting!

tis out in d corn field now... got 15-20 deer in sight, all does... none with in range of crossbow...
Door on Blazer was frozen shut... then looked keys in while it twas running. got call from work, they want me ta come in... had no shows...Ya reason I got ast manger, was deppendable... Lost possision when took my 30hrs paid time... They got ya one way or another .. bunch of pheasants just flew bye...

didnt get ta hit OSBWMA while was their, visiting family twas first priority...

Area tis open public land , could fit roughly
20 of this size inta OSBWMA..
in pic roughly 16 deer, & bout same not in pic...
Twas like an orphanage, twas pinned down, had 4ta5 bambi's walk with in spitten range...
While thar was several older does, 2 with-in crossbow range, had no time make shooting lanes,
& deer all over, with pair eyes watchen. Would have had ta stand ta choot..
Twas one basket buck & several, spikes.. Deer hunting l im keep in tis big thing.. in 80's & before it was doe tag season, with few permits 1 day hunt & 3 day buck only...
Thar twas at least 3 big bucks in the area, before archery started... Here it tis more about en & chillen, family & friends... Big bucks tis second, yet ta find a good recipe for antlers... they b nice, but more about pudding on d ...
while it twas cold, twas Awesome watching the deer, kept mind of cold...

Every time sat here seen deer, dont always get shot. but keeps the blood flown,

Hunt ended on a bad note... were i was had 50-60 deer in cornfield.. young hunter came threw he hit doe. Helped track then got call from bro, he had one hit... We just got back ta apt.. Deer got on road & ran... we gave up for evening... check in morning...
