I believe it came off a jeep or old army vehicle. I'm guessing it held a canopy/cover.

Says leola steel corp on each one.

A brief search has their name coming up with old military operating room tables. Maybe they were IV bottle hangers given they also telescoped?

I had a Willys M38A1, don't recognize it as anything that could have come off of it.
