Howdy, I’m searching for an annual lease for myself and father in law to hunt mainly deer, but if has turkey on it that would be a plus. Looking for around 300-500 acres pretty much anywhere between Abilene and Sonora, but ideally around Fredericksburg to Comanche. We don’t mind getting on to a large place with other people as long as they aren’t disrespectful and just out there to party and cause problems. I have an RV so electric and water would be great. I have two young sons that I would like to be able to bring out with me (not shoot anything, just be out with me to enjoy hunting and adventure) so a family friendly place is needed. We are both lifelong TX hunters that are very respective of the land and don’t mind at all with pitching in to help around, anything to be able to just get out and enjoy the lease and teach my boys the fun of the outdoors. We are not shoot anything that comes out hunters, we both have shot deer our whole life so we don’t need practice with that, typically would just shoot one buck each, maybe a doe for food bank if they need, and that’s it. Any help if you know a nice place like this is appreciated. Obviously with two little kids and my father in law retired we don’t have fat wallets to pay for a high dolllar place, so our max would probably be $2500-$3000 max per hunter. Thank you
