Had been wanting to replace the stock (plastic) grips on my
CZ 75 compact with a set of aluminum and decided to try these.
Bought them on amazon just under $80.
1st thing noticed is an aggressive texture, some points being
very sharp. I thought I might have to sand them down for comfort
but after some use I am fine as they are. A sure grip even if wet
is one of the reasons I wanted them anyway.
They are noticeably narrower than the factory panels which is another
thing I like as it is my carry pistol. For a strictly target gun something that
fills the hand more might be desired but again, this checks a box for me.
A few trips to the range and I am very happy with the fit and function.
The sharp edges seem to be smoother though still make for a sure,
non-slip grip. I really like the way they look too. Two thumbs up from me.

Yeah if my wife decides she wants to change hers a little color will help.
May even try the G10 material, I'm just trying to go all metal on mine.

Next up for consideration, the guide rod. Any experience switching to SS guide rod?

Mine is ancient. It was manufactured in 1986 but it runs flawless. I left the guide rod alone. Only replaced the grips. Mine is 1st gen so I can't even use after market mags. It's fun gun to take out every once and a while.
