I would get a bark collar specifically for the barking.
It is too hard to be consistent enough with a regular e-collar to give a correction every single time they bark so that they know why they are being corrected.
My suggestion for bark collar:
https://www.gundogsupply.com/dogtra-ys600-bark-collar.htmlAs far as the obedience use, you would need a regular e-collar.
The thing is you can't just slap a collar on and start shocking.
You will need to put the dog through a thorough formal obedience program. I also suggest using a choke chain or pinch collar which will condition them to the pressure release concept so they'll be prepared for collar conditioning.
When the dog has good obedience and knows the commands, only then can you collar condition, so you can enforce those commands.
That is the proper and fair way to do it.
You can use it as a deterrent for certain behaviors like chasing cars or other unwanted behaviors but if you plan to use it for obedience like "sit" "here" "heel" etc it's not as simple as just lighting them up for noncompliance.
My suggestion for a regular e-collar would be the Dogtra 1900s or Garmin sport pro.
