Watching your waistline? The wife and kids will surely love this as well. Simple can be delicious! Venison Italian sausage blend, brown with onions and garlic. Slice zucchini or squash lengthwise, core seeds with large spoon. Season vegetable with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Par bake in an oven at 425 for 10 minutes. After baking, stuff with meat mixture and top with shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese and a cherry tomato. Toss back in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and sizzling at 425.
