What is your law enforcement training, education and experience? I fail to see the relevance.
I was simply attempting to ascertain your level of experience in this field. Apparently you get your knowledge from social media and TV.

/quote] Did the New Jersey SWAT guys disturb you yesterday? What could they have done differently...besides get shot? You have great opinions because you aren't the one getting hurt.
Many things “disturb” me in our world today. Especially when any life is taken. More so when innocent life is taken.
Without being involved in the live situation, I would never presume to say what could or should have been done. That would be foolish.
Just as foolish to say that I have great opinions because you aren’t the one getting hurt. You can’t justify a negative. Two, you simply do not have enough facts to make such a statement. Your statement is based on your emotion. Most decisions, statements, and actions based on/in emotion rarely have any staying power.

Apparently you get your knowledge from social media and TV.
Again. Relevance? Then what? Does it change facts? If I do not have the “expertise “ you think necessary do you simply dismiss me as irrelevant, uninformed, or mistaken? I believe you stated you are in LE? Forgive if wrong. Do you realize that your very posts are showing/proving my point. Again, you make an assumption, “apparently you get your knowledge from social media and tv,” that you do not and cannot know. You take a tact of opposition/adversarial in your attempt to discredit my opinion to, you think, strengthen your belief. Multiple that by millions of people over decades and you might see what I am saying about people’s attitudes that have developed towards LE.

Ha. That is flat funny. You have no idea what I am or my kind. But sorry to hear you are sick so much. I do agree that the justice system has failed. Uh oh, more sickness coming on.

The justice system failed when we started watering it down with judges who got to make their own laws/sentences rather than following what was on the books. It failed when judges began selling justice to the highest bidders through campaign contributions, etc. People lost faith because a lot of them couldn't buy easier 'justice' for themselves and became envious and indignant when the OJs and Affluenzas of the world started getting light sentences or no sentences at all. They lost further faith when they wouldn't help convict the POS drug dealers down the street and expected the cops to do all the work, then got mad when the work involved their own spouse or child who was a POS rock-slinger, thief, etc.

RIP, Sergeant Sullivan. As for the article, anyone else see the irony in these sanctuary cities' elected officials talk about how tough it is to be law enforcement? Especially from the left spectrum of the political world where law enforcement is demeaned on a daily basis? SMH

Here In Dallas the tax payers were told its our fault and pay up some more cash to combat. The SJW's in politics have moved in to Texas. We have always had some flakes but the ones we got now are SJWs to the core and IMO plan to flip Texas.
